I am posting all of this information about Eric Shupps because he has done the same thing to me. He seems to think it's an okay thing to do so I'm sure he won't mind if I do the same thing.

Eric Shupps, Eric Alan Shupps of BinaryWave, Binary Wave, the Sharepoint Cowboy was born November 4, 1971. He is a public person who thrust himself into a public controversy. He claimed to be an expert in a lawsuit. Under cross examination it turns out he never went to college, has never been an expert before in any lawsuit, deposition, hearing or trial.

At trial he claimed to be an expert in authorship. Under cross examination it turns out he'd never been an authorship expert before ever. He used a free authorship software found on Wikipedia to do his "expert" authorship analysis. He claimed the results showed that Mary Cummins wrote certain articles.

His analysis was flawed. He did not compare writings by Cummins to the alleged articles. The software he used also states it cannot determine authorship. It states it should never be used in legal cases. It states it is a beta software.

Eric Alan Shupps, Eric A Shupps, Eric Shupps claimed to be a SEO expert as well. Again he'd never been a SEO expert before this case. Eric Shupps claimed that Cummins used Google bombs to spread certain articles far and wide on the Internet. As per Google "Google bombs" have been technically impossible since 2007 when Google changed their search engine algorithm. This fact did not stop Eric Shupps from falsely stating that Cummins used "Google bombs."

Turns out Eric Shupps does not even know what a Google bomb is. A Google bomb is a web page with many links to many different sites. It was used to increase search engine rank. Eric Shupps here said a Google bomb is when one person gives a link to another website who posts it. That website then shares that link with other websites. That is not what a Google bomb is.

Eric Shupps is not expert. He's also not very nice. If you are reading this, he doesn't know anything about SEO, websites, Google, Google bombs, email tracking...
