Eric Shupps caught stealing identity, forging documents, stealing data and documents - Lawsuit

Eric Shupps was caught red handed forging a consent to release educational documents, stealing the data and documents and publicly posting the same private confidential data online.

Eric Shupps' boss Randy Turner's client then posted that online. I'm filing a police report which will be on Eric Shupps' permanent criminal records. The company gave me the data on Eric Shupps who made the request. I will soon have the rest of his information including his credit card. I won't post his credit card online.

Not only did Eric Alan Shupps, Eric A Shupps, Eric Shupps stalk me on ancestry.com, make my family tree and shared it online, he also shared my private, confidential home address online. He kept tweeting it over and over. I assume that means he won't mind if I share his public home address. This is public information from public real estate data and his bankruptcy filing. The home I was living at was not attached to my name yet he shared it. 

I asked Eric Shupps to remove the false, defamatory things he posted about me online. He refused. He posted my confidential, private home address which he received illegally from discovery which was protected by a court order. I will not  post false items about Eric Shupps like he did. I will only post the truth. Again, he started a blog and posted false things about me. I am now posting truthful things about him. He thinks it's okay to share family information, home addresses, lawsuits, filings...then I will do the same.
