Eric Shupps aka Eric Alan Shupps born November 4, 1971 does not appear to have gone to high school. I don't believe he even attended 8th grade or graduated from elementary school. I see no records.

I do see that his dad Doyle Lee Shupps divorced his mother. Eric Shupps himself also is divorced from his first wife. Eric Shupps' dad Doyle died in 2012. Eric Shupps claimed he went bankrupt because he had to pay for his father's medical bills. That does not appear to be true. Eric Shupps went bankrupt in 2010. All of his bills were basically credit card bills. He was also upside down on his house and cars. In his bankruptcy documents he states his company BinaryWave is worth absolutely nothing.

In my trial he pretended to be an "expert witness." In trial he admitted he was not an expert witness. He did not help the plaintiffs' case at all. How does Eric Shupps get any work?
